Do I have to pay for updates?

No!

​We give constant updates to our software; add new features and you get it all for FREE when you are on our subscription.
If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?

Yes! You can hop on our live office hours calls, submit email ticketing or LIVE chat or WhatsApp us.
If I cancel my AIMS POS account, will I lose my data?

​As with most "software-as-a-service" platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible, but don't worry, before cancelling you have the opportunity to download CSV files of your contacts and members.
Who owns the data/content/subscribers?

You do! Any content (including your users) is 100% owned by you.

AIMS POS doesn't have permission to use that content or contact your users for any reason.
How long are your contracts?

There are 12 months long-term contract.
I don’t have a reliable Internet connection, can I still make AIMS POS work for me?

While we highly recommend that you run AIMS POS with a stable Internet connection, we know that occasionally, your web provider might let you down.

That’s why AIMS POS has an offline mode that still lets you perform a number of store tasks.
I have thousands of existing printed barcodes from my old POS, can I use these with AIMS POS?

Yes. Existing barcodes can be scanned into the SKU field in the product page, so you won’t have to generate new ones from scratch.
 Is AIMS POS compatible with my existing hardware?

It’s very likely that AIMS POS will play nice with the AIO POS terminal (Windows based), printers, scanners, and equipment you already have. We focus on making the software work with the best and most commonly used retail hardware.

I need someone to come over and set up my POS system. Does AIMS POS do “on-site service”?

We get it. You’re business-savvy, but not necessarily tech-savvy.

Good thing AIMS POS would be happy to come to you to set up your POS system and educate you and your employees on how to use it.
