Responsibilities
- Closed sales on assigned customers, may generate leads.
- Informs customers of company promotion and upgrades, may persuade customer to purchase our extended products and services
- Responsible for pipeline and forecast
- Execute opportunity and lead management
- Build and maintain solid customer relations
- Nurtures and closes new opportunities that result in substantial incremental orders and revenue
- Attains annual quota
- Solid telesales skills
- Listens to customer needs and tailors messages to customers based on their needs
- With management guidance, proactively contacts and sells
- Strong presentation and communication skills

Presales Technical
Responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing Clients on cashless & bespoke solutions. Primarily engaged in providing technical assistance and guidance, and must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio confidently

Profile
- Bachelor Degree in any IT discipline or equivalent work experience on related field
- Experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems and Network management), operations monitoring or end user support is an added advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Able to travel outstation for project implementations and deployments
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements, and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and agreed timeframes
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentation internally and externally
- Deliver training on solutions to provide product support to clients, partners and internal stakeholders
- Resolve routine in-scope technical incidents independently. Work with team members to resolve more complex incidents
- Good awareness of the customers’ business and in-depth knowledge of the customer’s environment and support processes
- Provide clear and unambiguous communication via email or voice, whichever appropriate, with customer on service request incident
- Work as part of a team, which may be physically located on the same premise, virtual and/or global
- Assist in implementation of solutions for new clients
- Assist in implementing work orders, based on given instruction, related to change activities/solution within area of technical responsibility
- Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of design and development framework
Core Competency
- Must be a Service and Customer orientated team player. Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
- Must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Good motivational skills plus verbal and written communication skills, strong command of English Language
- Basic Understanding of Windows platforms, and Networking Infrastructure
